A huge crowd of invited guests attended the official launch of Radical Australia, held yesterday on the Sydney Harbour foreshore at Walsh Bay. 

The two day launch event included the first ever Radical Australia RaceCraft event, a precursor to a fully fledged Radical Cup series for 2009. Eleven SR3s took to the grid at Sydney's challenging Oran Park Grand Prix circuit for a session of race tuition followed by several exciting sprint races.

Chris Medland from Radical Australia enthused, “The event was a great success and interest in new cars was high.  We can confirm an order for a further five SR3’s.  The race was very exciting and no damage resulted!”  Mick Hyde replied that, “they obviously weren’t trying hard enough!
