Radical looks forward to a thrilling weekend of Radical racing action, with the Peterborough manufacturer’s two UK domestic championships competing at Oulton Park. Alongside the on-track excitement, Radical is also launching a one-off Approved Used Cars event, coinciding with the appointment of a new member to Radical’s sales team.

OULTON PARK

The Competition Car Insurance Radical UK Cup and Quaife Radical Clubman’s Cup travel to Oulton Park this weekend, the first time that Radical has visited the circuit for several years. 26 Clubman’s Cup drivers are taking part, and current series leader Darren Luke will be looking to extend his lead in the series over current Clubsport class leader Andrew Harwood, and 2009’s Clubman’s Cup champion Colin Millar. 

The Uk Cup features 27 drivers, including a very special guest in one of the Radical Works Team SR8s. 2010 British Touring Car Championship contender Paul O’Neill will be taking part in the event’s two 40-minute races, only a week before he competes at Oulton in the BTCC with Tech-Speed Motorsport. Paul also writes up his experiences of racing for Motorsport News; look out for coverage in an upcoming issue.

NEW TEAM MEMBER

With sales of Radicals continuing to grow past the 1,000 car mark, Radical welcomes Jamie Robinson to the Peterborough sales team.  Jamie joins Radical having spent five years with Ginetta Cars, and so hopes to create and develop new opportunities for Radical sales both home and abroad.
